Bitcoin Scammer

Well today I got introduced to my first Bitcoin Scammer.  It seemed too good to be true, so I kept the transaction to a minimum.  We were to use an escrow service and I thought we were.  This person had an e-mail sent to me looking like it came from the escrow service.  I was stupid and sent the money before checking the transaction id with the escrow service.  I did this right after sending the bitcoin only to find out the id did not exist.  Looks like I am out $25 worth of bitcoin.  Could have been a lot worse!! :(
